2. What data do we process, and why?

Please do not include detailed information about your assets in your message. We will request this information during the consultation via a secure channel.
3. The calculator
The amounts entered into the wealth tax calculator are processed exclusively in your browser. We do not transmit, store or see these amounts.
4. Who can access the data?
The data is handled by ZYRA staff. We use the following data processors:
- Hosting provider: DotRoll Kft. (1148 Budapest, Fogarasi út 3–5., Hungary)
- Email service provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland), Microsoft 365
We do not disclose the data to other third parties. We only transfer data to our tax adviser or legal partner at your express request, as part of the engagement.
We currently do not use visitor analytics or tracking cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before using cookies.
5. Your rights
You may request:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification or erasure of your personal data,
- restriction of processing,
- a copy of your data in a portable format.
You may object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can send your request to info@zyra.hu, and we will respond within one month at the latest.
6. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary, naih.hu. You may also bring proceedings before a court if your rights are infringed.
